Great news! The consumer watchdog has put Aussie telco’s on notice around “unlimited”.

> While all three had stopped advertising phone plans as “unlimited” following ACCC warnings, Mr Sims said, Optus’ so-called ‘unlimited’ plan imposed speed restrictions on streaming, downloading, and tethering, ... and Telstra’s plan provided 40GB of data before downloads were slowed.
