@Sir_Boops technically, Roadhog has 600 "meat" HP, whilist Reinhardt has 300 meat + 200 armor. While getting damage while having armor hp, half of damage gets negated (but no more that 5hp, so getting hit by 4hp pistol shot will only remove 2hp but getting shot with a 20hp rocket will remove 15hp), to technically, crudely converting armor hp to meat hp you'll get that reinhard has around 700 HP if all hits he'd take would be ≤10 dmg
roadhog: ultimate where he is literally feeding metal bits into a handcranked scrap-machine-gun can be hacked
soldier 76: ultimate where he uses his cybernetic visor to automatically target enemies cannot be hacked
